Just in from Deadline,Disney has acquired Lucasfilm for an estimated $4.05 billion, a transaction that gives them the rights to the Star Wars franchise. Reportedly, they’re going to waste no time taking advantage of that, and have plans for another installment to the saga – Star Wars: Episode VII – to be released in 2015.
